Our Clients

High praise for Pinck & Co.

Boston Collegiate Charter School

“In the fall of 2010, we opened the doors of our new school building on Sydney Street to 200 fifth and sixth grade students. In less than eight months, with the incredible help of Pinck & Co, we transformed the former piano and organ factory tucked under the expressway into a spacious, bright, and sparkling school house, just a ten-minute walk from our Mayhew Street campus.

The building is already having a noticeable impact on the lower school’s academic and extracurricular program, given the beautiful library, space for whole school activities, well-equipped science labs, and technological capabilities. Most important the facility complements the outstanding teachers and staff who work in the building. The expansion of the school to this permanent second campus means that we are able to serve 240 more students than our original charter allowed. It means that in the next few years we will grow to a school of over 600 students, grades 5-12.

We are thrilled that we now have permanent homes for our students for generations to come, and we are grateful for the hard work and vision of everyone at Pinck & Co, without whom this project would not have been possible. “

Kathleen Sullivan, Executive Director
Boston Collegiate Charter School

The Fay School

“We chose Pinck & Co. to help us with our $43 million master plan because we were impressed by their experience and approach, especially to working on an active campus.
The Pinck team was collaborative and flexible. With six different projects to be completed in fewer than three years they understood the logistics and phasing required to meet all milestones with minimal impacts the Fay community.”

Robert J. Gustavson, Jr., Head of School
The Fay School

City Year

“Because Pinck & Co. understood our tight budget and severe time constraints, they saved us time and money. They were experts at their work, and they were instrumental in achieving our LEED certification.”

Youth Build Boston

“Over the last seven years, I have had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Pinck and Pinck & Co. on several real estate projects. Time after time, Jennifer has proven to be the indispensable person in the deal. Her perceptiveness, expertise and tenacity have made all the difference in bringing often difficult projects through to successful conclusions of which everyone on all sides can feel proud.”

Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center

“As a human services provider, our expertise is in operating programs in a community center. Hiring Pinck & Co. when we began construction of a new community center was the best decision we made. They worked diligently to ensure that construction proceeded according to architectural plans and that we were apprised of and involved in making critical decisions. Retaining Pinck & Co. has proven cost effective and helped mitigate the stress of such a major undertaking—we had construction experts on our side in dealing with the developer and the general contractor.”

David Moy, Executive Director

Boston Community Capital

“I was first introduced to Jennifer through her work as a lending inspector to Boston Community Capital. Not only have she and the entire staff worked to protect our investments and the quality of the affordable housing, they also advocate on behalf of future residents. Pinck & Co. demonstrates a commitment to affordable housing, sustainable development and economic opportunities for low-income households not restricted to professional endeavors, but evidenced by their many volunteer activities.”
