Castle Square

Owner’s Project Manager for the development team of the Castle Square Tenants Organization and WinnDevelopment which is rehabilitating 500 units of affordable housing in 25 buildings in Boston’s South End. The project includes renovating bathrooms and replacing kitchens in all units while maintaining occupancy and a Deep Energy Retrofit consisting of building insulation, new window replacement and energy efficient heating system that will reduce energy use by 70%.

St. Joseph’s Community

Owner’s Project Manager for an affordable housing community of 150 units in Roxbury. Since 2006 the project has entailed planning, prioritizing, sequencing and implementing $1.2 million of capital improvements annually and overseeing all professional consultants and contractors during construction.

Codman Square—Erie Ellington

Owner’s Project Manager for a 50-unit scattered site affordable rental housing development in Dorchester. Utilizing green design and construction practices the project established a new benchmark for sustainable practices in this market and achieved $60,000 in rebates for the Owner.

Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC)—Commonwealth Glenville Cooperative

Clerk of Works for multiple phases of kitchen and bath upgrades in an affordable rental development.

Methunion Manor Cooperative—Methunion Manor

Owner’s Project Manager for major capital improvements consisting of fire alarm installation, window replacement, and accessibility improvements in 150 units in three buildings in the Boston’s South End.

Montachusett Veterans’ Outreach Center, Inc.

Owner’s Project Manager for the renovation and addition to a downtown Gardner Massachusetts building for new offices for the Outreach Center’s office and two stories of Single Room Occupancy (SRO) and studio apartments.

Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH)—Princeton Street, East Boston

Owner’ s Project Manager for the gut rehabilitation of single family house under the City of Boston Receivership program.

WATCH—B Street Belmont

Owner’s Project Manager for construction of four condominiums in the Town of Belmont. Three units were developed as affordable housing, the first affordable development in the town in 50 years.

Keen Development Corporation—Midway Studios

Clerk of Works for the renovation of a historic warehouse into artists studios and theater in the Fort Point Channel District of Boston.

Mattapan Community Development Corporation (MCDC)—Wellington Hill

Owner’s Project Manager for the construction of three two-family and two single-family houses in Mattapan.

Fenway Community Development Corporation (FCDC)—Westland Avenue

Clerk of Works for the moderate renovations of three apartment buildings, two of which remained occupied during construction

Fenway Community Development Corporation (FCDC)—Queensberry Street Condominiums

Owner’s Project Manager for the renovation of six distressed apartments converted to condominiums for first time home buyers. Work included all new mechancial, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior finishes and kitchens and baths.

Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC)—Long Glen

Owner’s Project Manager for moderate rehab of three masonry apartment buildings consisting of 59 units. Work included new kitchens and baths and code updates.

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC)—Scattered Sites

Owner’s Project Manager for 13 new single- and two-family homes on scattered sites in Jamaica Plain.

Madison Park Development Corporation—Madison Park IV

Owner’s Project Manager for the underpinning and interior renovations of 33 units of affordable housing near Dudley Square. Work also includes interior renovations and upgrades to an additional 110 units of housing in adjacent buildings.

Roxbury Multi-Service Center—Family Shelter

Owner’s Project Manager for gut renovation of family shelter. Work was staged to permit occupancy during construction for 50 women and children.
