Owner’s Project Manager for the restoration of the Main Block at the Hafferneffer Brewery in Jamaica Plain. Original construction occurred over time and presented significant challenges and unforeseen conditions to return the building to productive use for community based businesses.

Third Sector New England—Non-profit Center

Owner’s Project Manager for an eight story downtown building to serve as a non-profit office center. Work consisted of tenant fit-out and upgrades to all mechanical and electrical systems. Received a LEED silver certication.
