- OPM for The Heritage, a 176-unit, 10-story apartment building in downtown Malden. Renovations include converting studio apartments to one-bedroom units; repairing balconies; replacing the heating system with a more energy-efficient model; and installing new energy-efficient windows, Energy Star-rated refrigerators and stoves, and water-efficient plumbing fixtures.
- Holcroft Homes — OPM for construction of four new buildings on independent sites in Beverly which will produce 29 rental units.
- Charlame Park Homes — OPM & Clerk for multi-year capital improvements. Scope has included interior renovations; roofing replacement; site work. Currently assessing entire HVAC system in concert with building envelope conditions to determine best financing and energy use options.
- Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital — Needham Campus: $30,000,000 renovation and expansion. Andraya led the team during construction and was responsible for all owner supplied furniture, fixture and equipment procurements.
