- Cabot Street Homes: a multi-family development for the Beverly Affordable Housing Coalition operated by the YMCA of the North Shore. The project involves both new construction of 3-story wood frame and steel building housing 32 single-room occupancy units, and renovation of existing 3-story wood frame building housing 11 studio apartments. The project anticipates LEED certification.
- Powder House Village: 46 affordable rental housing units and two commercial properties, the YMCA Day Care and the Ipswich Bank. The project owner is the YMCA of the North Shore.
