MSBA Accelerated Repair Projects

 

Pinck & Co. provides Owners Project Manager’s (OPM) services to school districts under the Massachusetts School Buildings Authority’s (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Program.  From $500,000 to $10 million, we have provided oversight for a broad range of repairs for school districts across the state.  

In addition to our expertise in managing renovations and new construction, we bring to the MSBA experience in overseeing:   

  • Existing building renovations, particularly those including roofing, flashing, exterior window systems replacements and boiler replacements
  • Energy savings programs
  • Projects involving occupied repair of K-12 schools
