Warren House Dormitory
Pinck & Co. was OPM for the construction of a new environmentally sustainable dormitory at this small, arts-based private high school. The Warren House project created a residence for 24 boarding students and 3 faculty members, and included a large common room and kitchen, computer and group study room and a summer storage space for students. From concept to move-in was 54 weeks under Pinck & Co.’s leadership. Warren House was built on an active academic campus, which required incredible attention to site logistics and scheduling. The construction team also integrated eco-friendly materials and design elements, including composting toilets, LED lighting, and efficient heating and cooling with individual controls.
