Pinck & Co. served as OPM, as well as the liaison for the neighborhood, for the new construction of this 58-unit, two-phase affordable housing development. The project replaced some of the most blighted buildings in the City of Beverly with brand new, high quality, green, permanently-affordable housing. There was strong community involvement throughout the planning and construction phases; all four buildings were designed and constructed to meet the Energy Star rating system..
