Jennifer Pinck, Boston ABC Building License, MBA, MCPPO
Jennifer Pinck was one of the first women to break into the construction industry, working in the building trades in the late 1970s and as a construction superintendent for a major Boston construction firm in the 80s. She earned an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management in 1986, the same year she received an ABC Boston Building License – becoming the first woman in Massachusetts to do so. Jennifer was among the few women in leadership positions to work for two of the country’s largest, most complex, and heavily scrutinized public works projects: the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority’s Boston Harbor Project – a $4 billion court-ordered sewage treatment plant, and the Big Dig – also the most technologically challenging highway project in the country’s history.

Susan has been instrumental in helping Pinck & Co. increase its client base, enhance profitability, and expand geographically since she joined the firm in 2014. As COO, she leads the firm’s day-to-day business operations including technology, finance, human resources, marketing, and administration. She is a volunteer mentor with Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts, where she devotes time each month working with her mentee, helping her remain focused on her career goals, and empowering her to succeed.

Prior to joining Pinck & Co., Susan held the dual role of COO and CFO for the Locator Services Group, where she implemented new organizational, business development, and marketing initiatives, significantly increasing the number of clients within her first two years of tenure. She managed financial operations, human resources, and the administrative, business, and technology units – overseeing an IT consulting firm to develop and implement new technology infrastructure across the organization.
As an entrepreneur, Susan was the principal of The Business Side, an operations and human resources consulting firm that worked with founders/executives in various sectors to launch their start-ups and implement long-range growth strategies. Her client portfolio included construction management, commercial/residential real estate, medical research, and globalization firms. Prior to running her own firm, she was Vice President of Administration for Payton Construction.
She earned an MBA and Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Simmons School of Management, and a BS in Finance and Certificate in Human Resources from Bentley University. She previously served on the Simmons College School of Management Alumnae Association Board of Directors as COO, treasurer/clerk, and associate board member. As an active member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, she was nominated for a Pinnacle Award for Achievement in Management. She was also honored by the Society of Marketing Professional Services with a Marketing Communications Award, which recognizes individuals and teams who create outstanding communications vehicles for architectural, engineering, design, and construction firms.

Tom O'Neil, CSL, LEED AP, MCPPO
Tom joined Pinck & Co. in 2007 as a Project Director and has played a key role in helping to grow the firm’s client base and wide range of projects. Promoted to vice president in 2017, he oversees academic, government, and multi-housing projects, develops and leads client and community partnerships, and manages project teams. He was instrumental in leading the renovation and reconfiguration of the New England Center and Home for Veteran’s building in Boston and overseeing projects for such clients as Lasell College, Harvard University, Boston University, and Brown University.

Tom has extensive knowledge in construction and renovation, procurement, financial management, estimating, master planning, and project execution and closeout. Prior to joining Pinck & Co., he was senior project manager with Commodore Builders, project manager with Roads Corporation, and director of construction for Caswell Corporate Interiors.
He earned a BS in Building Construction and Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, and is LEED AP, Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO), and OSHA certified.

Andraya has helped guide the direction and growth of Pinck & Co. since she joined the firm as Project Director in 2007, bringing both high-level strategy and hands-on leadership to successfully lead project teams and meet clients’ goals. Promoted to vice president in 2017, she has managed multiple projects at Northeastern University as well as renovations and construction for such clients as Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, WGBH, Cambridge Housing Authority, and Cisco Systems.
