Pinck & Co. was OPM for the renovation of NCLC’s offices in Boston’s Back Bay. The project was financed using New Market Tax Credits and Pinck & Co was instrumental in developing the budgets, preparing due diligence materials required to secure the financing, and reporting to funders during the project.
