Pinck & Co. was OPM for this affordable housing development consisting of the new construction of 9 wood framed buildings, rehab of an existing masonry building, and a community center. The Victory Gardens project provides 74 units of affordable supportive housing for mixed-income Veterans in Newington, CT. Victory Gardens is part of an enhanced use lease (EUL) program instituted by the Veterans Administration and was developed by the Women’s Institute for Housing and Economic Development.
