Pinck & Co. was OPM for the $52 million redevelopment of the 160,000 SF Y, which included the installation of a hotel, restaurant, 20,000 SF of offices, and 144 affordable housing units (88 new units and 56 refurbished units). Pinck provided project management and clerking services for this occupied, historic, multi-use space.
